Welcome to Luxe Vacation Homes (“Luxe Vacation Homes,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your booking or rental of vacation properties through Luxe Vacation Homes.
By accessing our website, submitting a reservation request, or completing a booking, you agree to these Terms.
1. Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Luxe Vacation Homes.
A reservation is not considered secured or confirmed until Luxe Vacation Homes has received the required payment or deposit and the guest has received confirmation of the reservation.
Submitting an inquiry or reservation request does not guarantee that a property or date will be held.
Luxe Vacation Homes reserves the right to decline or cancel a reservation when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, inaccurate information, payment issues, or violation of these Terms.
2. Deposits for Reservations of $1,500 or More
Reservations with a total booking amount of $1,500 or more require a deposit to secure the reservation.
The required deposit amount and any applicable payment deadlines will be communicated to the guest before or during the reservation process.
A reservation is not considered secured until the required deposit has been successfully received and the reservation has been confirmed by Luxe Vacation Homes.
Deposits may be subject to the cancellation and refund terms applicable to the reservation.
3. Property Tours and Viewings
Luxe Vacation Homes does not provide property tours or viewings unless a reservation has been secured.
Guests must have a confirmed and secured reservation before requesting or receiving access to tour a property.
Property tours are not guaranteed and are subject to availability, property access, scheduling, and other operational considerations.
4. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-In Time: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM
Guests may not access the property before the designated check-in time unless prior approval has been provided by Luxe Vacation Homes.
Guests must vacate the property by the designated check-out time unless a late check-out has been approved in advance.
Unauthorized early check-in or late check-out may result in additional fees.
5. Guest Information
Guests are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when making a reservation.
The name and information provided during the booking process must accurately represent the person making the reservation.
Luxe Vacation Homes reserves the right to request reasonable verification of a guest’s identity or reservation information when necessary.
6. Occupancy and Guests
Only the number of guests disclosed and approved during the reservation process may occupy the property.
Additional or unauthorized guests may be subject to additional fees or may constitute a violation of these Terms.
Guests may not exceed the property’s maximum occupancy limit.
7. Property Rules
Guests agree to treat the property, furnishings, appliances, amenities, and surrounding areas with reasonable care.
Guests may not engage in illegal activities, cause excessive damage, create unreasonable disturbances, or violate applicable laws or property-specific rules.
Additional property-specific rules may be provided to guests before or during their stay and are incorporated into these Terms.
8. Damage and Additional Charges
The guest who makes the reservation may be responsible for damage, loss, excessive cleaning, missing items, unauthorized guests, or other costs caused by the guest or members of their party, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Luxe Vacation Homes may seek reimbursement for documented costs resulting from violations of these Terms.
9. Prohibited Activities
Unless expressly authorized in writing, guests may not:
- Use the property for illegal activities
- Exceed the property’s maximum occupancy
- Host unauthorized parties or events
- Cause excessive noise or disturbances
- Damage or remove property belonging to Luxe Vacation Homes
- Allow unauthorized individuals to stay overnight
- Misrepresent the identity or number of guests
- Use the property for purposes that violate applicable laws or regulations
Certain properties may have additional restrictions or rules.
10. Cancellation and Refunds
All cancellations and refunds are governed by Luxe Vacation Homes’ applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy and any specific terms communicated to the guest at the time of booking.
By completing a reservation, the guest acknowledges and agrees to the applicable cancellation terms.
11. Website Use
You agree to use the Luxe Vacation Homes website only for lawful purposes.
You may not use the website to engage in fraudulent activity, submit false information, interfere with website operations, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or accounts.
12. Third-Party Services
Our website may use third-party services for payment processing, booking management, communication, website hosting, or other business functions.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to those providers’ separate terms and policies.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Luxe Vacation Homes will not be responsible for losses or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
14. Changes to These Terms
Luxe Vacation Homes reserves the right to update or modify these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will be posted on this website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the website or completion of a reservation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
15. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the relevant Luxe Vacation Homes property is located, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
